Classroom Observation

We offer in-classroom behavior observations to support school staff in understanding and managing challenging behaviors. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) observe students directly during times when problem behaviors are most likely to occur, using a discreet, non-disruptive approach to preserve the natural classroom environment. After the observation, we provide a detailed report that includes objective data, insights into behavior patterns, and actionable recommendations tailored to the school setting. This service can be offered independently or as part of a collaborative effort with a student’s IEP or educational support team.

Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

Our team conducts thorough Functional Behavior Assessments to help identify the reasons behind challenging behaviors in the classroom. Through data collection, interviews with teachers and staff, and direct observation, we analyze the environmental factors that may be contributing to the behavior.

The final FBA report includes a clear summary of findings and individualized, evidence-based recommendations that can be used to inform IEP goals, Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), or classroom strategies. Our goal is to empower school teams with practical tools that lead to meaningful and lasting behavior change.

Skill Assessments

In addition to behavior-focused services, we offer comprehensive skill assessments to help identify a student’s current strengths and areas of need across domains such as communication, social skills, daily living, and academics. Using standardized tools and direct interaction, our BCBAs assess developmental milestones and functional skills to support IEP development and individualized instruction. These assessments can inform targeted teaching strategies and help schools track student progress over time in a data-driven, meaningful way.
