I've worked as a behavior therapist and BCBA for several ABA companies, and Graham Behavior Services stands out in so many ways. It can be difficult to feel part of a cohesive company when working in-home, but Cara (director) works hard to make sure there are so many opportunities to feel part of a team. There's so many ways to learn and grow - so many trainings, meetings to discuss recent research, available supervisors to help support you, regular company updates. There are incentives, accountability, mentorship, resources, everything you'd need for success Great place for new therapists and BCBAs, the support is there!

Graham Behavior Services employs professionals who have strong backgrounds in Applied Behavior Analysis and who care about the success of their clients. The director is very knowledgeable about Applied Behavior Analysis and is readily available to assist employees and clients alike. An amazing company!

When I became a GBS employee, I found my professional home. GBS provides individualized, quality care to everyone we work with. Staff care tremendously about the progress of their clients and are encouraged to collaborate with parents weekly. We work to put ourselves out of a job by empowering the individual, parents, and family.Cara has created an amazing place to work with her high standard of care and thoughtful hiring of quality employees. Cara is quick to answer emails and phone calls if I need any kind of support and offers expert advice for any professional problem that I face. She is incredibly understanding, supportive, and encouraging of balancing family life and work. She really cares about every one of her employees and clients. Professional development is offered twice a month - once through internal trainings conducted by staff and once through meet ups, an opportunity to review and discuss relevant journal articles. Performance reviews are conducted annually and a collaboration between you the director, and the staff you work with.
