About Emily:
Emily Sjaastad earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Organizational Leadership from Rutgers University, where she later returned to complete her master’s in Applied and Professional Psychology along with a certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). During her graduate studies, Emily completed her practicum at the Pediatric Feeding Disorders Clinic at Robert Wood Johnson Children’s Specialized Hospital, gaining valuable clinical experience. Following graduation, she worked as a behavioral therapist in both home and school settings before joining Graham Behavior Services. At Graham, Emily progressed from behavioral therapist to lead therapist within the clinic setting before becoming a BCBA. She currently focuses on supporting adults but brings experience across the lifespan, including early intervention and adolescent services. Emily is passionate about empowering clients and caregivers to build meaningful skills that lead to greater independence and a more fulfilling life.
