Occupational Therapy

Whatever level of assistance or support you need, Graham Behavior Services is fully equipped to help you and your family!
Occupational therapists help people of all ages live their lives to their fullest potential. A pediatric occupational therapist uses purposeful activities and play to maximize the independence of the children they treat. These children may be diagnosed with or have a physical disability, developmental disorder, neurological disorder, cognitive impairment, or sensory integration dysfunction that limits their ability to participate in activities that are part of the “occupation” of childhood.
Occupational therapists identify a child’s strengths and build on them to develop fine motor skills, increase independence in self-care skills, as well as improve sensory integration and perceptual-motor skills. An occupational therapist assesses each child individually and develops personalized care plan to help each child reach his or her potential.

Most insurance plans cover occupational therapy.
