About Jennifer:
Jen DeBiase, a St. John’s University graduate with a major in sports management and double minors in business and law, launched her career at United Sports Ventures as a Director of Business Affairs, overseeing the financial aspects of minor league sports teams. In 2003, she founded Elleon Designs, bridging her creative and business acumen. Jen also joined the Esophageal Cancer Education Foundation as an executive committee member in 2003, of which she still is an active member. In 2008, she joined Arts In Motion Academy as their Studio and Stage Manager. Jen formed the Academic Special Needs Association and her daughters’ school to advocate for parents and children with education and developmental challenges. She also was the chair of their school board, co-chair of their advancement and alumni relations committee, and was an executive board member for their PTA. She ventured into technology in 2009. which led her to roles at St. Benedict Church and School and Mater Dei Prep where she wore various hats from Director of Technology to Vice President for Finance and Operations. In 2022, she joined Muldowney, CPA and consulted for Graham Behavior Services. Graham’s mission is very close to Jen’s heart and she is excited to embrace her new role as Director of Finance. In her spare time, she can be found relaxing with her husband and their two daughters.
