About Jennifer:
Jen DeBiase, a St. John’s University graduate with a degree in sports management and double minors in business and law, launched her career at United Sports Ventures as Director of Business Affairs, where she managed the financial operations of multiple minor league sports teams. In 2003, Jen combined her creative and business talents by founding Elleon Designs, specializing in invitations, school fundraisers, and event planning. That same year, she became a board member and executive committee member of the Esophageal Cancer Education Foundation, positions she still holds today.
Jen joined Arts In Motion Academy in 2008, where she served as Studio and Stage Manager, a role she continues to fulfill. In 2009, Jen shifted to the technology sector, where she took on roles at St. Benedict Church and School and Mater Dei Prep, including Director of Technology and Vice President for Finance and Operations. She also co-founded the Academic Special Needs Association at her daughters’ school to support parents and children facing educational and developmental challenges. Jen held multiple leadership roles within the school, including chair of the school board, co-chair of the advancement and alumni relations committee, and executive board member of the PTA.
In 2022, she joined Muldowney, CPA, and began consulting for Graham Behavior Services. Jen is particularly passionate about Graham’s mission and is thrilled to be their Chief Financial Officer. Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two daughters.
